This salt bath has a mixture of coarse seal salt and cape aloes herb to remove the energetic blockages in the auric field and Chakra that is often trapped as a result of experiencing hardships or trauma that gets stuck in the heart Chakra. 
To use this bath, take 1/2 cup of sea salt mixture and pour it into a hot bath. Soak the body for 30 minutes in the bath water and rinse thoroughly after soaking. Be sure to take the hands and massage the salt water over the scalp making sure water touches the scalp, in between the fingers, in the arm pits, private parts and feet, being sure to pay attention to any areas where the skin folds. Repeat as often as you'd like, or whenever you feel energetically or emotionally heavy or drained.
